What do you design?

What is the process for ordering from you?

We'll start with a consultation (It's FREE!): Let’s meet! I want to hear about what you are looking for from if it's a new business or if you're looking to rebrand. We'll discuss everything from logos to marketing materials to your online presence!

Quote: After the initial consultation, I will provide you with a quote. There is no commitment to purchase anything quoted. Once you’ve made your decision to work with Tara’s Designs, please let me know so I can send you a design contract to sign. A payment plan will be discussed when you receive your contract.

Design: Once your contract is signed and returned to me I can get started! Don't forget to send me any wording, details, and inspiration images. I will create a design for you based on the information provided in the consultation. From there I’ll make changes until I create the PERFECT materials for you.

Printing: I can provide you with a quote for printing or I can provide you the final file(s) and you can print wherever you want. I would recommend working with me to have these printed as I can have more control over final colors of your print files to ensure they are what you want.

Payment: I currently accept payment via PayPal (bank account withdrawal or credit card - however you have your account setup), check, or cash.

Delivery/Shipping: If you are a local customer, I will be in touch when I have everything all packaged up and ready to deliver to you! If you are not a local customer, shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Shipping charges vary based on the size and weight of the box needed to ship your item(s) and will be added to the final invoice.

Where are your prices?

Design time is billed at $50 per hour
Your contract will vary from an event contract that has pre-set pricing for specific items to be designed. Time is billed by the hour so anything from 1 minute to 1 hour will be billed at 1 hour.

Rush Fees: If you are in need of anything last minute, rush fees for design and printing will be applied. The fees vary depending on amount of time given to complete project(s) and amount of time spent finalizing the project(s).

Assembly Fees: If your project requires assembly and you are asking me to handle this, please let me know and it will be included in your quote. The fees vary based on amount of time involved. Please let me know if you want this when signing your contract so that I can fit this into the timeline of completion for you!

How do you handle cancellations and refunds?

If I have already begun design on a project for you and you decide to quit working with Tara's Designs, you will be billed for any time already spent working on your project. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All projects are custom-made for you, so please double check all spelling, punctuation, etc. on proofs prior to printing to avoid having any issues with the final printed product.

Who owns the rights to the files once you are done with the design?

All files designed by Tara's Designs are the property of Tara's Designs and are intended for personal use of the client only. Any modifications or copying of designs by anyone other than Tara's Designs staff is strictly prohibited. Tara's Designs is allowed full ownership of all designs and reserves the right to use any digital or printed product for advertising and marketing purposes without the client's permission.
